Terms and Conditions
Eligible referrers — The referrer must be a current or former BrightNest client. BrightNest employees and their immediate family members (including partners, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
New clients only — The referred person must be a new client who does not currently hold, and has not previously held, any insurance or KiwiSaver advice arranged through BrightNest.
Self-referral excluded — Referrals of oneself are not eligible under any circumstances.
Retrospective Claims Ineligible — Retrospective claims will not be accepted.
Qualifying cover — The referred person must take out and maintain active cover or a KiwiSaver arrangement facilitated through BrightNest for a minimum of 90 consecutive days from the commencement date of their policy or plan before the Prezzy Card is issued to the Referrer.
Reward issuance — A $200 Prezzy card will be issued to the referrer within 30 days of the qualifying period being satisfied. Prezzy cards are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
One reward per referral — One $200 Prezzy card is payable per successful referral. There is no limit on the number of separate referrals a person may make, provided each meets the qualifying criteria independently.
No stacking — This programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other BrightNest promotion, offer, or incentive running at the same time.
Programme changes — BrightNest Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral programme at any time and without prior notice. Any referrals submitted before a programme change will be assessed under the terms in place at the time of submission.
Governing law — This programme is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
